1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how PO Network Inc. (“PO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the PO mobile application, website, livestreaming features, creator features, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through PO. Certain third-party services integrated with PO, including Apple, Google, YouTube, Google AdMob, and PayPal Hyperwallet, may separately collect and process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
By accessing or using PO, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Age Restriction
PO is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. PO does not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create or maintain accounts on the Platform.
If we become aware that an individual under 18 has created an account or provided personal information to PO, we may suspend or delete the account and take reasonable steps to delete associated personal information, subject to any information we are legally required or permitted to retain.
A parent or guardian who believes that information belonging to a person under 18 has been provided to PO may contact us at support@povote.com.

- Purchase Information: Information relating to purchases made through PO, including PO Coins or Points, virtual goods, Boost plans, and streaming plans, including the $4.99 plan providing 800 streaming minutes. In-app purchases are processed through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play purchasing system. PO may receive transaction-related information such as purchase status, product purchased, transaction identifiers, receipts or verification data, and related records, but PO does not receive or store your full payment-card credentials from Apple or Google.
- Creator Earnings and Payout Information: Information relating to virtual-gift earnings, eligible livestream advertising revenue, payout balances, payout requests, payout status, and related transaction records.
- Identity and Payout Verification Information: When a creator becomes eligible to withdraw earnings, information necessary to establish and verify a payout profile may be collected or transmitted to PayPal Hyperwallet. Depending on applicable requirements, this may include information such as legal name, email address, date of birth, address, country, tax information, identity-verification information, and banking or payout information. Sensitive payout credentials are processed through the applicable payout provider and are not intended to be stored by PO except where necessary for legitimate operational, security, accounting, or legal purposes.

4. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through PO to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform;
- Create and manage user accounts and profiles;
- Display and distribute user-generated content according to Platform functionality;
- Provide comments, categories, messaging, livestreaming, virtual gifts, and other interactive features;
- Provide and verify in-app purchases and purchased Platform features;
- Track creator gift earnings and eligible livestream advertising revenue;
- Facilitate creator identity verification and payouts through PayPal Hyperwallet;
- Provide YouTube integration and other connected-account functionality authorized by users;
- Personalize Platform functionality and content recommendations;
- Measure Platform performance and understand how features are used;
- Detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations;
- Moderate user-generated content and communications where appropriate for safety and policy enforcement;
- Review user reports and appeals;
- Communicate service, security, policy, support, and account-related information;
- Maintain records necessary for accounting, auditing, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance; and
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
PO does not use user-created categories, reactions, opinions, or similar engagement information to determine a person’s intrinsic worth, character, mental health, or other inherently personal value.
5. User-Generated Content and Public Information
PO is a social platform. Information and content that you intentionally publish publicly, including your username, profile information designated as public, photos, videos, captions, categories, comments, livestreams, and other public interactions, may be viewed, shared, or interacted with by other users according to the functionality of the Platform.
Direct messages are not intended to be publicly displayed. However, messages and related information may be processed as necessary to provide the messaging service and may be reviewed or preserved when reported, flagged, reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or security issues, or required by law.
You should not publish information that you do not want others to see. PO cannot control how other users may use information that you voluntarily make public.
6. Automated Moderation, Safety, and User Reporting
PO uses automated systems, filtering technologies, and human review where appropriate to help maintain a safe Platform and enforce PO’s rules.
Automated systems may analyze or screen text and other supported content associated with categories, comments, direct messages, captions, posts, and other Platform features to identify potentially prohibited material, including foul or abusive language, sexual or explicit material, hate or harassment, threats or violence, scams or fraud, spam, and other policy violations.
Depending on the feature and the nature of the detected content, PO may prevent content from being submitted or displayed, flag it for review, restrict it, or take other appropriate action. Automated systems may make mistakes, and PO may use human review where appropriate.
Users may also report content, comments, messages, accounts, or other supported activity through PO’s reporting tools. Available report reasons may include sexual or nude content, hate or harassment, violence, scams or fraud, spam, misinformation, and other concerns.
Information processed for moderation may include submitted text or content, account identifiers, moderation results, user reports, enforcement history, and information reasonably necessary to investigate the reported activity.
PO may use trusted technology and service providers, including automated moderation services, to assist with content classification, filtering, safety, and abuse prevention. Information shared with such providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide those services and is subject to applicable contractual and privacy protections.
7. Purchases Through Apple and Google
Digital purchases available through PO may include PO Coins or Points, virtual items, Boost plans, and streaming plans, including the $4.99 plan providing 800 streaming minutes.
Purchases made within the iOS or Android applications are processed through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play purchasing system. Apple or Google processes the user’s underlying payment method according to its own terms and privacy practices.
PO may receive transaction-related information necessary to confirm and provide a purchase, such as the purchased product, transaction identifier, purchase status, receipt or verification information, and related records. PO does not receive or store the user’s complete payment-card number from Apple or Google.
Purchases, refunds, billing disputes, and other payment matters may also be subject to the applicable store’s rules and policies.
8. Virtual Gifts, Creator Earnings, and Ad Revenue
Users may use eligible PO Coins or Points to send virtual gifts to creators through supported Platform features.
PO maintains records necessary to calculate and display eligible creator gift earnings, balances, redemptions, adjustments, and payout history.
PO may also provide eligible creators with a share of verified advertising revenue generated from their livestreams. Livestream advertising may be provided through Google AdMob or another disclosed advertising provider.
PO may process information concerning livestream performance, advertising revenue, creator eligibility, earnings calculations, adjustments, and payout status for purposes of administering the creator revenue-sharing program.
9. Creator Payouts and PayPal Hyperwallet
PayPal Hyperwallet is used for creator payout and withdrawal functionality, not for users’ ordinary in-app purchases.
When an eligible creator requests to redeem or withdraw eligible earnings, including qualifying virtual-gift earnings and livestream advertising revenue, the creator may be required to complete identity verification and establish a payout profile through PayPal Hyperwallet.
Information required for payout processing may include legal name, email address, date of birth, residential address, country, tax-related information, identity-verification information, banking information, and other information required by Hyperwallet or applicable law.
PayPal Hyperwallet processes payout and identity-verification information under its own privacy policies and legal requirements. PO may receive information concerning verification status, payout eligibility, payout status, transaction identifiers, amounts, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the creator payout program, maintain financial records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
10. Advertising and Analytics
PO may use Google AdMob and other service providers to deliver advertising, measure advertising performance, analyze Platform usage, prevent fraud, and improve Platform functionality.
Depending on your device, settings, consent choices, applicable law, and the configuration of third-party services, these providers may process device identifiers, IP address, advertising information, app interaction data, diagnostic information, and other information necessary to provide their services.
Third-party advertising and analytics providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and service providers may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies where applicable to operate and secure services, remember preferences, measure usage and performance, detect fraud, and improve the user experience.
The availability of controls for cookies and similar technologies depends on your browser, device, operating system, and applicable law. Disabling certain technologies may affect Platform functionality.
12. Third-Party Services
PO relies on third-party providers to operate various Platform functions. Depending on the features you use, these providers may include:
- Apple for iOS application distribution and applicable in-app purchases;
- Google Play for Android application distribution and applicable in-app purchases;
- Google/YouTube for authentication and YouTube API Services;
- Google AdMob for advertising and related measurement;
- PayPal Hyperwallet for creator verification, withdrawals, and payouts;
- Cloud infrastructure, media, security, analytics, communication, and moderation providers used to operate PO.
Third-party providers may process information independently under their own privacy policies, terms, and legal obligations. PO is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
13. Google and YouTube API Services
PO uses YouTube API Services to provide YouTube-related functionality within the Platform. Depending on the feature selected by the user, PO may allow users to connect a Google/YouTube account, authorize applicable YouTube functionality, upload supported videos to their own YouTube channel, and display or embed YouTube-hosted videos within PO.
When a user chooses to connect a Google or YouTube account, PO may request authorization through Google OAuth 2.0. PO requests permissions intended to support the applicable user-facing functionality.
YouTube API Data and Permissions
Depending on the functionality used and permissions granted, PO may receive or access information associated with the user’s Google or YouTube account through YouTube API Services. This may include authorized account or channel information and information necessary to upload, retrieve, display, or manage supported YouTube-hosted content as permitted by the user’s authorization.
PO does not collect or store a user’s Google or YouTube password. Authentication is handled through Google’s authorization systems.
Videos uploaded to YouTube through PO are hosted by YouTube and remain subject to the user’s YouTube account settings and applicable YouTube policies.
Use and Sharing of Google/YouTube Data
PO does not sell Google or YouTube user data obtained through Google or YouTube API Services. Such data is not transferred to data brokers or information resellers and is not used by PO for personalized or interest-based advertising.
PO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube and Google Terms
By using PO features that interact with YouTube, users acknowledge that those features use YouTube API Services and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service:

Where supported within PO, users may also disconnect their Google/YouTube authorization through the application.
After authorization is revoked, PO will cease using the revoked authorization to access the user’s authorized YouTube data, subject to applicable legal, security, and API-policy requirements.
Deletion of Google/YouTube Data
Users may request deletion of Google/YouTube user data maintained by PO through PO’s available account-deletion functionality or by contacting info@povote.com.
Following a valid deletion request or revocation, applicable authorized YouTube API data maintained by PO will be deleted or handled in accordance with applicable Google/YouTube Developer Policies and legal requirements.
Deleting information maintained by PO does not automatically delete information or videos stored directly by YouTube. Users who wish to delete content stored by YouTube must do so through YouTube or another authorized YouTube client.
