and expression. Users can share photos and videos, interact through categories
and Community Reactions, discover creators, follow accounts, comment, share
content, go live and use other available social features.

PO supports eligible photos and videos and may also support compatible
YouTube-hosted content and links. Available posting features may depend on
your device, platform version and the type of content being shared.

PO allows creators to select available categories and, where supported,
create custom categories for their content. Other users can interact with
content through available Community Reactions and categories.

These reactions represent individual user opinions. They are not an official
statement, factual determination or endorsement by PO. Artificial engagement,
bots and coordinated manipulation are prohibited.

Where supported, PO provides sharing functionality that allows users to share
eligible PO content using compatible apps and services available on their device.
The options shown in the device share menu are generally controlled by the
device operating system and the apps installed on that device.

PO collects information needed to operate and protect the platform, including
account and profile information, content you submit, device and usage
information, communications, reports, transaction-related information and
other information described in the Privacy Policy.

PO does not sell personal information for money.

Digital purchases made within the PO mobile application are processed through
the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play purchasing system.

PO does not receive or store your full payment-card number or your Apple or
Google account password. PO may retain transaction-related records necessary
to operate the service, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain accounting
records and comply with applicable law.

You may post content that you own or have permission to use and that complies

sexually explicit, threatening, hateful, infringing, fraudulent or otherwise
prohibited content may be restricted or removed.

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content to PO, you
provide PO the permissions necessary to display, distribute, operate, moderate
and provide the platform as described in the Terms of Use.

PO may use automated moderation and filtering, user-reporting tools and human
review to identify content or conduct that may violate platform rules.
Content, categories, messages or accounts may be restricted or removed when
appropriate for safety, policy enforcement or legal compliance.

Yes. PO provides reporting tools for eligible content and interactions that
may violate platform rules. Depending on the feature, users may be able to
report content, comments, messages or accounts. PO may review reports and take
appropriate action.

PO uses YouTube API Services and supported YouTube functionality to provide
video-related features. Users may authorize PO through Google OAuth 2.0 for
permissions necessary to connect their YouTube account and use supported
YouTube features within PO.

Depending on the available feature and authorization, this may include
uploading eligible videos to the user’s own YouTube channel and displaying
supported YouTube-hosted content within PO.

Where supported by your device, the YouTube application and PO, you can use
your device’s sharing functionality to share supported YouTube videos and
YouTube Shorts links to PO.

When PO recognizes a supported YouTube link, you can continue through PO’s
posting flow to create a post using that supported YouTube content. Unsupported
links or content may not be accepted.

PO may display supported YouTube Shorts and supported longer-form YouTube
videos using YouTube’s supported playback functionality. Availability depends
on the YouTube video, its settings, embedding availability and applicable
YouTube requirements.

No. Google handles authentication through OAuth 2.0. PO does not receive or
store your Google or YouTube account password.

Yes. Where supported, you may disconnect your YouTube account from within PO.
You can also revoke PO’s authorization through your Google Account permissions.

Manage Google permissions

Users may request deletion of applicable Google or YouTube-related data held
by PO through PO’s account-deletion process or by contacting
info@povote.com.

Deleting information held by PO does not necessarily delete videos or other
information stored directly by YouTube. Users should use the applicable
YouTube or Google controls for information maintained by those services.

No. PO does not sell Google or YouTube user data obtained through YouTube API
Services. PO’s handling of information received through Google APIs is subject
to applicable Google and YouTube API Services policies.

YouTube-hosted videos remain subject to YouTube’s availability, permissions
and playback requirements. If a video is removed, restricted, made unavailable,
or cannot be embedded or played through supported YouTube functionality, it
may not play or display through PO.

Solo Live allows an eligible user to broadcast live to the PO community.
Live Collab allows supported collaborative livestream experiences with other
eligible users. Availability may depend on account status, platform version
and applicable PO requirements.

PO’s current livestream experience is designed for live viewing and does not
provide a saved replay of the completed livestream through PO unless PO
introduces or identifies a separate supported feature.

Where offered, PO’s current streaming plan provides
800 streaming minutes for $4.99.
Applicable taxes, platform charges, availability and purchasing terms may
depend on the user’s device and region. Pricing, included minutes and plan
availability may change in accordance with applicable terms.

PO Coins are digital items available through supported in-app purchases.
Users may use PO Coins for eligible virtual-gift features within PO.
Coin packages, pricing and gift availability may change over time.

Yes. Where the gifting feature is available and the content or creator is
eligible, PO supports virtual gifts on eligible posts as well as during
eligible livestreams.

Eligible creators may earn through monetization features offered by PO,
including qualifying virtual-gift earnings and eligible verified livestream
advertising revenue where available.

Eligibility requirements, verification, payout thresholds and other
conditions may apply. Creator earnings are not guaranteed.

Where eligible livestream advertising is available, qualifying creators may
receive 50% of eligible verified net advertising revenue attributed to their
livestream, subject to PO’s applicable monetization rules, verification and
payout requirements.

Eligible creators can request payouts of available creator earnings through
PO’s payout system.

Before withdrawing earnings, creators may be required to complete identity
verification (KYC) and provide other information required for payout eligibility.

Once eligible earnings are available, the creator can open the applicable
earnings wallet in PO and select
Request Payout.
Approved payouts are processed through
PayPal Hyperwallet,
PO’s payout service provider.

Payout availability, verification requirements, processing times, minimum
payout requirements, supported countries and currencies may depend on the
creator’s location and the requirements of PO and its payout provider.

PO Coins purchased for use inside the application are separate from creator
earnings and are not themselves withdrawable as cash.

Boost Me is a paid visibility feature designed to increase eligible visibility
or distribution within PO. Using Boost Me does not guarantee followers,
reactions, views, earnings or any other specific result.
