Purchases are processed through supported payment platforms such as the
Apple App Store and Google Play. PO does not store your full payment-card
number, Apple ID payment credentials, Google Play payment credentials or
payment-account passwords. PO may retain necessary transaction records for
support, accounting, creator payouts, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Applicable account information will be handled according to PO’s Privacy
Policy and legal retention requirements.

PO uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the
platform. Information may be processed or stored in locations where PO and
its service providers operate, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may post content that you own or have permission to use and that complies
with PO’s Terms, Community Guidelines and applicable law. Illegal, abusive,
sexually explicit, threatening, hateful, infringing, fraudulent or otherwise
prohibited content may be removed.

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting to PO, you provide PO
the permissions reasonably necessary to display, operate, moderate and provide
the platform as described in the Terms of Use.

PO may use automated moderation, reporting tools and human review to identify
content or conduct that violates platform rules. Content or accounts may be
restricted or removed when necessary for safety, policy enforcement or legal
compliance.

Eligible users may use PO’s Solo Broadcast and collaborative live features where
available. Livestreams remain subject to PO’s safety, content and
intellectual-property rules.

Community Reactions allow users to react to content using available categories.
Reactions represent individual user opinions and do not constitute an official
statement or endorsement by PO. Artificial engagement, bots and coordinated
manipulation are prohibited.

PO uses YouTube API Services to provide video-related functionality. Users may
authorize PO through Google OAuth 2.0 for permissions necessary to connect their
YouTube account, upload eligible videos to their own YouTube channel and display
YouTube-hosted content within PO.

No. Google handles authentication through OAuth 2.0. PO does not receive or
store your Google or YouTube account password.

Yes. Where supported, you may disconnect your YouTube account from within PO.
You can also revoke PO’s authorization through your Google Account permissions.

Manage Google permissions

Users may request deletion of applicable Google/YouTube data held by PO through
PO’s account-deletion process or by contacting
info@povote.com.
Deleting information held by PO does not delete videos or information stored
directly by YouTube.

No. PO does not sell Google or YouTube user data obtained through API Services.
PO’s handling of information received from Google APIs is subject to applicable
Google API Services policies.

YouTube-hosted videos remain controlled by YouTube. If a video is removed,
restricted or otherwise unavailable on YouTube, it may no longer be available
through PO.

PO Coins are digital items available through supported in-app purchases. Users
may use PO Coins to send eligible virtual gifts on posts and livestreams.
Coin packages and gift availability may change over time.

Eligible creators may earn through monetization features offered by PO,
including eligible virtual-gift earnings and verified livestream advertising
revenue where available. Eligibility requirements, verification, payout
thresholds and other conditions may apply. Creator earnings are not guaranteed.
Eligible earnings may be withdrawn through PO’s supported payout process.

Eligible creators can request payouts of available creator earnings through PO’s
payout system.

Before withdrawing earnings, creators may be required to complete identity
verification (KYC) and any other information required for payout eligibility.

Once eligible earnings are available, the creator can open the earnings wallet
in PO and select
Request Payout.
Approved payouts are processed through
PayPal Hyperwallet,
PO’s payout service provider.

Payout availability, verification requirements, processing times, minimum payout
requirements, supported countries and currencies may depend on the creator’s
location and the requirements of PO and its payout provider.

PO Coins purchased for use inside the application are separate from creator
earnings and are not themselves withdrawable as cash.

Boost Post is a paid visibility feature designed to increase distribution of
eligible content within PO. A boost does not guarantee followers, likes,
reactions, earnings or other specific results.

No. PO is an 18+ platform.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain a PO account.

Yes. Use PO’s available reporting tools for content or accounts that may violate
platform rules. PO may investigate reports and take appropriate action.
